Plugin Update - Deactivate and not re-enableing
When I am doing the automatic upgrade ManageWP is not reactivating some of the plugins I am upgrading.

Same here.
I still have the same problem.
Updating/Updating plugins seems to update the plugin but it doesn't successfully re-activate it. Sometimes using ManageWP to manually activate the plug-in after updating works, but it doesn't seem reliable so I'm still having to log into all my sites to make sure the plugins get updated AND reactivated.
My fault for ignoring the error, but this was rather annoying when it failed to reactivate Akismet on 20 sites and I only discovered it a week later...
